Helen Miren has made quite a few appearances this last week, attending the Broadway opening nights for “An American in Paris” and “Finding Neverland”, the Women in the World Summit in New York as well as Seth Meyers’ Late Night show and BBC Breakfast to promote “Woman in Gold”. On March 30, Helen has attended the New York premiere for “Woman in Gold”, followed by an after-party that reunited the cast and crew with Gustav Klimt’s painting. Over 500 pictures from the premiere have been added to the photo gallery. Also, additional production stills, on-set pictures and international posters have been added as well.

Helen’s new film “Woman in Gold” releases in US theaters on April 03, so it’s about time to add production stills and videos from the current promotion for the film. Promotionals, on-set pictures and screencaptures from the making of and trailer have been added to the photo gallery. Various trailer, tv spots and clips have been added to the video archive. Also added is an excerpt of Helen’s most recent appearance on The Charlie Rose Show to promote the Broadway opening of “The Audience”. For “Woman in Gold”, Helen will be attending The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on March 30 and Live with Kelly & Michael on March 31. The New York premiere will be held on March 30 as well, so check back next week for more pictures.

Roundabout Theatre Company honored Dame Helen Mirren at its 2015 spring gala, held March 2 in the Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria. Mirren, currently starring on Broadway in The Audience, was presented with the Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre following a tribute from Broadway vets including Jennifer Garner, Alessandro Nivola, Laura Benanti, Alan Cumming, Laura Osnes, Betsy Wolfe, and more. Mirren made her Broadway debut in 1995 at Roundabout Theatre Company in a Tony-nominated performance in A Month in the Country. The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre is named after the late Jason Robards for his longstanding relationship with Roundabout and for his memorable body of stage work. It is given to those who have made an indelible impact on both Roundabout and the theater world.

Yesterday, Helen has been a guest on The Late Show with David Letterman to promote the Broadway opening of “The Audience”. Watch the clip in the video archive, screencaptures have been added to the photo gallery.

On Sunday, CBS’ Sunday Morning ran a profile on Helen Mirren and the Broadway opening of “The Audience”. The programme featured a couple of scenes from the West End run of the play and included an interview with Helen, on the play, Shakespeare, and – inevitably – the old Parkinson interview. This week, Helen has attended the world-premiere of “Woman in Gold” at the 65th Annual Berlin Film Festival. As usual to the festival, a photocall and press conference were held prior to the film’s premiere. Pictures from all events have been added to the photo gallery.
