Sooner or later this film had to be covered as part of Helen’s career – so let’s get over with “Caligula”, the dreadful history/epic/porn starring Malcolm McDowell, Helen Mirren and Peter O’Toole. To learn more about this infamous disaster of a film, check the career page. Stills, promotionals and Blu-Ray screencaptures have been added to the gallery. The theatrical trailer, its promotional featurette (in which Helen sums up the film perfectly) and three clips can be watched in the video archive.

As mentioned in the welcome message, each of Helen’s project will receive a spotlight with an individual movie page (including production notes and reviews) as well as pictures and video clips. As the first movie spotlight I have chosen Joel Hershman’s comedy “Greenfingers” (2000). Inspired by true events, a group of prison mates participate in a garden project that leads them to the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. Clive Owen leads the cast with Helen Mirren co-starring as the eccentric garden expert Georgina Woodhouse. Head over to the movie page for all essential information on the project. You will find production stills, on-set pictures and screencaptures in the photo gallery. The trailer, an interview with Helen and three clips have been added to the video archive. If you have seen “Greenfingers”, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section.
