A group of ambitious misfits try to escape the harsh realities of high school by joining a glee club in FOX's runaway hit that lasted for six season. In episodes 10 and 19 of season 3, Helen Mirren appears (uncredited) as the inner voice of Becky Jackson. She was heard in "Yes/No" and "Prom-asaurus. Season 3 Episode 10: When Will tries to plan a special suprise for Emma, he enlists the Glee Club to help him sweep her off her feet. Season 3 Episode 19: Brittany goes into high gear as class president to spearhead the prom. Then, after nominations are announced, the kids kick into campaign mode.

The part was written for Mirren, and the show's producers asked Eric Stoltz, a frequent "Glee" director and Mirren's "The Passion of Ayn Rand" co-star, to pitch it to her.
